    Ferrari Textiles were created to meet society’s needs for a more stable fabric. We see the Ferrari Soltis Textiles as an excellent solution to many design and sustainable projects for internal and external window covering applications. The two biggest points to keep in mind when reviewing this fabric is the Precontraint® and TexyLoop® technology - in other words - the Stability characteristics and the Recycleability of the fabric line. No other fabric manufacturer can boast these attributes with their products.

    SOS™ is making the effort to manufacture shades that have a reduced impact on the environment and will allow projects to gain points towards LEED certification for construction. These roller shade products boast PVC FREE fabrics and even non standard PVC fabrics that have a circular lifecycle :ask about the Soltis interior and exterior fabrics).

    By refining each component in our manufacturing process, not only are we looking for ways to improve the sustainability of our product, but also how the process itself impacts the environment. From incorporating 100% recycled aluminum elements and an element recycling program to purchasing goods locally to reduce environmental impact.

    PVC free fabrics are truly environmentally friendly when it comes to health and lifecycle needs of a project or environment. A fabric is the face of a roller shade, and besides for being stylish and colorful, the fabric makes an important contribution to the sustainability circumstances of the roller shade product.
